Fit-again duo back to boost Burley

Crystal Palace manager George Burley has welcomed the return to fitness of key midfield duo Darren Ambrose and Neil Danns. Ambrose, last season's 20-goal top scorer, made his comeback as a substitute against Swansea last weekend after 10 weeks out with a leg injury. Danns, who hit nine goals last term, could be on the bench at Middlesbrough this weekend having been sidelined for a month with a knee problem. The news comes as a huge boost for Burley after the Eagles crashed to the foot of the Championship table. He said: "Neil Danns and Darren Ambrose scored 80% of our goals last season and thankfully they're on the road back to fitness which is a big bonus for us."
