Ben Watson and Wayne Routledge have been called up for the Under-21 England squad to face Spain in a friendly next Tuesday.
Both players have been in hot form this season and have caught the eye of U21 coach Peter Taylor, who is hoping to build on an impressive start to the international season.
Wayne has already played for England at several levels β including the U20s. However, this will be the first time Ben Watson has pulled on an England shirt β and itβs just reward for the way he has performed for Palace since forcing his way into the first team.
