Austin on transfer list

Dean Austin has been placed on the transfer list and fined a week's wages following a row with chairman Simon Jordan. Austin had booked a holiday to Dubai for hmself and his girlfriend, but was told that he had to cancel it and join the Club tour to the EU Cup in Spain. Austin becomes the latest in a growing list of people to have crossed swords with Jordan, following the likes of Steve Coppell, Steve Bruce and Jamie Pollock. All of these have been shown the exit door in double quick time.
