Palace duo Greg Berhalter and Jovan Kirovski had contrasting fortunes when the U.S. squad for the friendly international against Germany next week was named. Berhalter has been included in the party, despite having been unable to cement a place in the Palace first team this term, while playmaker Kirovski has been omitted from the squad.
