Star striker Andy Johnson is celebrating once again after winning the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month
award for February.AJ notched four goals in four games during the month, including a stunning hat-trick in the 6-3 demolition of Stoke. He can now add the prize to his January Player of the Month award from the Football League.
Johnson has been in blistering form all season for Palace, and his recent run of 14 goals in ten league games has been one of the chief reasons why we’re now pushing for the play-offs.
The award was voted for by visitors to the PFA’s official web site. Hopefully AJ can mark the honour by hitting the target once again when we play Reading on Saturday.
