Palace have confirmed the season-long loan signing of Aliou Cisse from Birmingham City.
The Senegal captain joins the club immediately and will be available for selection in Palace’s home friendly against Sampdoria on Saturday.
It’s understood the Eagles also have first refusal on buying the player at the end of the loan deal.
Tough-tackling midfielder Cisse is highly rated by the Birmingham fans, but has seen his first-team chances at St Andrews hindered after falling out with manager Steve Bruce.
