Bob Dowie has left his position as Palace's director of football with immediate effect.
Dowie had stayed on in the role despite the acrimonious departure of his brother as manager during the close season.
He was originally brought in during Iain Dowie's reign to help with transfers and to improve the scouting network.
No further details have yet been released by the club.
