The winger missed Tuesday night's 2-1 win at Norwich with a hamstring strain but could return against Rangers.

Defender Danny Butterfield and striker Alan Lee are still missing with hamstring problems, but have been pencilled in for a reserve match next week.

Nathaniel Clyne, 17, should continue at right-back in place of Butterfield while on-loan West Brom forward Craig Beattie keeps his place in attack.

Skipper Shaun Derry was on the bench at Carrow Road after a virus and will push for a return to the starting line-up.

Lee Hills (knee), Carl Fletcher (back) and James Scowcroft (hamstring) are on the sidelines.

Heidar Helguson and Gary Borrowdale are added to the QPR squad for the trip to Palace.

Bolton striker Helguson and Coventry full-back Borrowdale arrived on loan this week and are set to make their debuts at Selhurst Park.

Boss Paulo Sousa will be without Emmanuel Ledesma and Fitz Hall through suspension.

Argentinian midfielder Ledesma sits out after picking up five yellow cards this season while centre-half Hall is in the middle of a three-match ban.

Winger Lee Cook (knee), skipper Martin Rowlands (thigh) and defender Matthew Connolly (back) all missed Tuesday night's 2-1 win over Charlton at Loftus Road and remain doubtful.

Akos Buzsaky (knee) is out for the season and Rowan Vine (leg) is still sidelined.
