The FA disciplinary committee also warned the Palace boss about his future conduct.

Francis struck the reserve keeper in the face during the 1-1 draw at home to Bradford in August, and was promptly sent off by match referee Paul Armstrong.

The Palace manager lost his temper after Kolinko appeared to be laughing following Andy Tod's 76th minute goal for the Bantams.

Palace had already fined Francis for the incident, a fact the hearing took into account on delivering their verdict.
