Alex Baptiste scored for Blackpool early in the 2nd half and the visitors looked set to make a game of it but Darrem Ambrose soon restored the two goal lead and Alassane N'Diaye secured the victory with an 89th minute fourth Palace goal.
So 10 points from the last 12 has raised a smile on all Palace faces.
