"I'm pleased with the manner we went about it. I have a team showing great attitude," said Francis.

"We've only let in one goal in our last nine home games."

Francis then commented on how Tommy Black's form has been a bonus: "He's causing teams problems and scoring goals."

Black himself commented on his current form: "It’s good to be playing and to play deeper.

"I'm only 5 ft 8in so I won’t win much in the air, but I want to show people what I can do for Palace."
