Gray to decide on Palace future

Julian Gray has been offered a new contract by Palace, but the young winger is still unsure over whether he will stay.

Gray has been a revelation for Palace over the last few months, and Iain Dowie is extremely keen to secure the midfielder’s signature.

But the 24-year-old has hinted that his ambitions still remain away from Selhurst Park.

"Palace have offered me a new contract, but I'm going to wait and see what happens," Gray told the South London Press.

"Going back to Cardiff could happen - you never know. When the season finishes I will see what's on the table and weigh up any offers."

Gray would doubtless find a move far easier to come by now than he did at the beginning of this season. With his contract expiring in the summer, he could walk away from Palace for nothing should he wish. Most Palace fans, however, will be hoping he stays.
