Sandor Torghelle will complete a loan move to Greek side Panathanaikos should he pass a medical in Athens.

The Hungarian international, signed just last summer by Iain Dowie, will move to Greece on a one-year loan deal.

The Athens side have the option to sign Torghelle on a permanent basis should he impress during the coming season.

Torghelle made a total of 15 appearances for Palace, nine of which were from the bench. The 23-year-old picked up as many red cards and he did goals (one of each, both of which came in the Carling Cup away win at Charlton).
