Palace earned a 1-1 draw in the friendly match against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday evening, with defender Mark Hudson getting our goal.

The game in Fussen, Germany, saw 22 different players take to the pitch for Palace at some stage throughout the 90 minutes – with another 45 minutes of play for trialist Shaka Hislop.

The keeper did his chances of gaining a full deal no harm at all by saving a second-half penalty given away by new signing Darren Ward.

Palace were 1-0 up at the time, having gone ahead through Hudson. But the lead was not to last much longer as Arie van Lent headed the equaliser for the Bundesliga side to ensure the match ended all-square.
