Neil Warnock would look to recoup the £600,000 he paid for Lee when he signed from Ipswich a year ago.
Neil Warnock said: "Alan has his heart set on a move to Norwich. I've spoken to Bryan Gunn (Norwich manager) and told him to make a bid for Alan if he wants him."
