The 21-year-old has been missing since early February with an ankle problem and is now wearing a protective boot in a bid to cure the problem.
The international break will give Marrow extra time to get fit but he will still miss the visit of Barnsley a week on Saturday and will be touch and go for the trip to Ipswich seven days later.
"He'll miss the Barnsley match and then try to run again," said Eagles boss Dougie Freedman.
