Moses still onboard

"I spoke to three or four Premier League clubs about Victor on Tuesday," Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser.

Everton were the latest team linked. But with the window closed Moses can now concentrate on playing for Palace. The failure of a club to take the plunge with Victor didn't surprise Warnock who is glad to still have the player in his squad.

"In a way I wasn't surprised (he didn't move)," he continued.

"But nothing surprises me at the minute with the way things are going in football, everybody is looking to get people from abroad.

"I don't know how Victor feels about it but if he can have a good four months now he might get the move in January.

"What I think will happen now is they look at him and make a decision on him by Christmas.

"As a manager, I'm delighted to still have him on board."
