No Coventry discount for Palace fans

Palace fans travelling to the away game at Coventry on Saturday will have to pay full price for their tickets, despite City slashing the entry fee for home fans.

The Sky Blues have taken advantage of a new Football League regulation, only introduced this season, which allows a home club to nominate games in which they will charge their own supporters reduced prices.

That means Saturday’s game at the Ricoh Arena will see City fans paying just £15 to get in the ground. Palace fans, meanwhile, will have to stump up the full price of £21.
