Palace aim for Turner deal

Eagles boss Peter Taylor wants to get Everton keeper Iain Turner back on loan for the rest of the season.

Turner returned to
Goodison Park after picking up a groin injury during Saturday's 3-1 defeat at home to Colchester.

But Taylor hopes he can persuade Toffees manager David Moyes to release the player for the rest of this campaign, once he has returned to fitness.

"I am waiting to speak to David Moyes about it but we will have a look at it and decide what to do," said
Taylor
.

"I would like to keep Iain here for longer but he won't be fit until after the transfer window has opened, so we are trying to work out the best way to do it.

"His loan spell was due to finish on December 16, but if we finish it now and start it again in January, there may be a chance we can extend it until the end of the season.”
