Palace dismiss Eastwood talk
Palace assistant boss Neil McDonald has denied the club have any interest in signing Southend’s in-form striker Freddie Eastwood.
The Eagles had been strongly linked with the forward, with reports suggesting a £500,000 deal could be in the offing during the January transfer window.
But McDonald claims he is unaware of any interest in the 21-year-old who was plying his trade in non-league until last year.
"I've heard nothing so I wouldn't think it will happen," McDonald told the Croydon Guardian.
