Palace are being linked with a possible bid for Charlton striker Jason Euell after the player’s proposed move to Birmingham faltered.
The Addicks had agreed a £1.5m bid from Birmingham, but the transfer has hit a stumbling block in the form of the player’s personal terms.
Iain Dowie has been a long-term admirer of Euell’s, having attempted to buy the forward this time last year for £2m.
However, with five top strikers already at Selhurst Park, it would be a major surprise if the manager was to go in for another one.
