The Congolese winger has played a major role in the Eagle's attacking threat this and last season. The winger has terrified and awed spectators with his unpredictable runs. Bolasie has stated that he wants to show the fans that his game will continue to improve this season.
Bolasie spoke to reporters:
“I am trying to simplify my game, because a lot of the full-backs tend to stand off me now and are waiting for me to run at them,” he said.
“I just don’t want to complicate things. A lot of the time I found myself complicating my own situation this season, but now I am simplifying it and getting better results."
