Peter Taylor has beaten the transfer deadline to raid former club Hull City for midfielder Stuart Green.
The 25-year-old has signed for Palace on a three-year deal.for a fee of £75,000.
The former Newcastle man has been with Hull since 2002, but has found his first-team opportunities limited at the KC Stadium of late.
Green normally plays on the right wing. He made 145 appearances for Hull, scoring 25 goals.
