Palace youngster Sam Togwell will stay at Port Vale for another month after his loan deal was extended.
The 21-year-old has been with the League One side since November, and Valiants boss Martin Foyle has now sealed a deal to keep him there until February 2.
"I feel my game's improved over the past few weeks, and I've learned a lot," said Togwell.
"Martin Foyle recently gave me a run of games in central midfield, where I feel most comfortable and where I can influence the play more."
