On-loan Everton striker Vaughan sustained an ankle injury in the recent 2-1 defeat to Scunthorpe and subsequently missed Friday's goalless draw with Doncaster.
But he could return to bolster Palace, who are still looking over their shoulder in the npower Championship given they are just three points above the drop zone.
Marrow, meanwhile, has also been struggling with an ankle injury in recent times, although he too could be available.
Winger Sean Scannell will again miss out as he serves the second game of a three-match ban. Striker Steffen Iversen is pushing for a starting berth.
