The 18 year old started a man of the match performance against Watford by socring after just 2 mins. His boss believes that Moses will shine if taken to the Premier League.
"There were one or two (bids) near the last deadline but they wouldn't take the gamble and we've just not let him go anywhere," Warnock told the News Shopper.
"You normally get people who get a chance who haven't got the ability to be a Premier League player, whereas I think he is the opposite.
"The first club who has a gamble on him will have a little jewel on their hands."
