Mullins goes...........for good

Hayden Mullins has joined West Ham on a permanent deal. Mullins was absent from the Palace team to face Ipswich on Tuesday, fuelling speculation that he had left. It was later revealed that he had joined West Ham on a month long loan, in order to make him eligable for their clash with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday. Now the move has been made permanent, with Mullins moving for an undisclosed fee. The transfer was defended by Simon Jordan as had Mullins stayed until the end of the season, he would have been able to leave on a Bosman free. Jordan decided that he would be better off getting a fee for him now, rather than let him leave for nothing in April.
Although saddened by his departure, we all understand his ambition to play top flight football, and, realistically he has a much better chance of achieving this with West Ham. All at palace-mad wish him the best.
